I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carman Ford so far and they have always made my experience worthwhile, even with my crappy credit score! I had the privilege of working with Scott P and he is THEE absolute best! His level of professionalism and knowledge of car sales made it very easy to work with him. I came in to do a trade in without a dime to put down initially but Scott, Bob and the rest of the team were very patient and diligent in assisting me with my new purchase! I’ve purchased several cars over the years and some dealers unfortunately will try to get over when they see a young female BY HERSELF trying to purchase a car but one thing I can say about the guys at Carman Ford is that they are integral and will ensure that you get what you want. My grandparents moved to DE from VA in the mid 1960’s and Carman Ford is THE ONLY dealership they’ve purchased their cars from. They weren’t even called Carman Ford at that time if I’m not mistaken. My grandfather passed away 5 yrs ago and my grandmother at 84 y/o just traded in her Jeep a month ago so that should speak volume about this dealership. Someone had told her to make sure she works with Scott but she ended up with another salesman nonetheless, she had a great experience! I would HIGHLY recommend Carman Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase another vehicle. They have a great selection of cars and SUV’s as well.
