I recently purchased a truck, a 2020 F-150 STX, and I had an incredible experience with Kevin. I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I’ve also had my previous Ford serviced at Carman for 7 years now and know I can also trust their service when it comes to my vehicle maintenance.

This is our third Lincoln. Over fifty years of marriage we purchased many cars. This dealership and the salesman Eylem Gokdemir were the best we ever had. They didn't have on their lot everything I wanted in the Corsair. Eylem asked me everything I wanted, he said he will look for one, it didn't take him long!!!!!!!! It felt like we were family!!!!!

I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I ordered a Mach - E and it took 8 months to arrive. There wasn’t a lot of communication along the way but I expected that. The car is great and better than expected. My wife loves it and I can’t wait to inherit it when she gets another one in a few years. This is definitely not your father’s FORD. People give me crap for buying Fords but our cars looks better and have less issues than their vehicles. Cars ebb and flow but people get caught up in a name and not the reality that Ford is a better value vehicle now. Carman Ford has been great to me and my family for 10 years. Update- I wrote this comment 3 years ago and just returned to Carman Ford and leased another Mach E . The dealership has helped me to purchase and lease 5 vehicles now for my family and provides excellent service each time. The Mach E is a quality product and well designed for our needs.

Back in April I was in the market for a new 2025 F-150. I scoured the internet and found a few trucks that I would have been interested in. So off I go truck shopping. Every dealership I visited, the truck I went looking for was already sold. And then they tried putting me into something that I didn't want. Then I went to Carman Ford. They also didn't have what I wanted, but Todd and John said, 'Why don't you order exactly what you want?' 'We will guarantee the price no matter what happens with the tariffs and the other crap going on. So I put together what I wanted and they ordered it! When my new truck came in, they called me and I went and picked it up! Todd went on vacation and handed me over to Dan, also a good guy. All with a smile and a handshake! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln go see it my friends at Carman Ford/Lincoln! Service dept is top notch too!

Love the environment of this dealership. They don’t force you to car you don’t want. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Robert. H Is the coach. He sets up the whole situation. Where you want to be if you’re financing. Todd was the quarter back. He set everything up for me. Kevin Da Rocha was the wide receiver who took my experience all the way to the touchdown by making sure my car was detailed, gassed, it was ready to go. I recently made my first vehicle purchase from this dealer and was very pleased with the whole process. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They followed up with me to answer all my questions in a timely manner and didn't play any of the typical "shady car dealership games". When I asked them for a full price quote and trade in value, both were fair and competitive with extremely reasonable processing fees; no haggling or games, they offered a good number up front and we were able to move on. They offer the usual "dealer add ons" and certainly make a good faith effort to sell them, but at no point were they ever pushy about it. Financing through Ford was a breeze.

1st class Dealer. A+++ Asked Nick to keep an eye out for a '24 Edge. Called me 2 weeks later with a beautiful sel. Came in with a Very acceptable price, but I have to haggle. Agreed with no pressure. Filled the tank without asking. I have bought 4 cars from Ford dealers and almost another last month. The others were a nightmare with refusing to give a spare key or changing the price on me. Carman was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And they also have a Dallas fan salesman there you can pick on.

The dealership is very professional and cuts to the chase in pursuing to get a deal done. I feel they are honest in their communication about the vehicles and do their best to present a quality vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years. I have not had any issues with dealing with them and mostly this is because of having good customer oriented staff — Vince is very patient and takes time to appreciate what is important. This was a great experience from my first visit ordering my new 2024 Maverick. Being able to track the process as it was going thru different phases of assembly. Everything and everyone from start to finish was wonderful. Scotty was extremely knowledgeable about the truck and the ford brand. He was also polite and respectful of our time.
