Hasan from the body shop was great! I was involved in an accident on a Friday and he had my car in the shop that Monday for repairs. He communicated throughout the process and his staff was super pleasant. I will recommend them to anyone needing body work.

My wife and I bought a truck here a week ago and the experience was great. TJ & Mike were great to work with and Rob in Finance was a great help. This was our first time buying from Carman Ford and I enjoyed our experience. We would certainly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a new car.

This was a great experience from my first visit ordering my new 2024 Maverick. Being able to track the process as it was going thru different phases of assembly. And finally taking delivery of the vehicle, everyone involved making sure I was happy with my purchase, and that they had done everything they could before I drove off.

Test drove my new vehicle yesterday and came back today to buy it! Vince was a major reason we returned and was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end! We will definitely be recommending Carman to our friends and family. Thank you for an easy and stress-free experience!

Very easy and pleasant car buying experience. I just purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and they worked with me to ensure I got the exact car I wanted. Gary was a good guy to deal with. He was easy going, knowledgeable and without high pressure or aggressive salesmanship. I certainly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Lincoln. My only minor criticism is that the showroom is dated and needs a complete overhaul. High end vehicles deserve to be shown in a higher end environment. However, the excellent friendly and knowledgeable service I received does warrant a 5 star rating.

I would recommend purchasing a vehicle with him any day. It should be noted that Greg stayed 30+ minutes late waiting for me to button up last minute details. He says he does this frequently but I do not want this to go unrecognized as it was very appreciated and I do take into consideration the fact that that was 30 minutes he could’ve been home with his family. I took my 2023 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and to have service look at what I thought was an alignment problem. Turned out I had driven over a huge object in the road, causing damage to one of my control arms. My problem was diagnosed and repaired in a timely manner. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my repaired vehicle, everyone was wonderful. I especially appreciated my Service Consultant Adrianna. She could not have been more helpful, personable and caring. I highly recommend this Carman dealership.

I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue at Carman Ford in September. It had some transmission issues within an hour after driving it off the lot. To say that Carman stood behind the vehicle does not even begin to describe their level of customer support. I don't think I've worked with any company that went out of their way to provide superior service the way Carman did. They went above and beyond, both from repairing the vehicle, to providing a loaner, and assisting me in any way they could. I'm a customer for life. My salesman was Vince Grimaldi. Outstanding.

Took my truck to them 3 weeks ago it was bad I had the Cools Change ECM. Unit changed And the problem was still there. 2 to 2 Carmen. And they fixed the problem but when I picked it up there was a crack in the windshield they fixed it with no extra cost thank you

I always receive great service when I have a problem. The service advisors listen to my concerns and seem to be looking out for my best interest. -Can't ask for more than that!

Upon hearing a noise while braking after the brakes were fixed, they expedited for me an earlier appointment and diagnosed my car without charge. That perhaps just might be what they’re supposed to do, but I felt that they were thorough and showed genuine care and concern.Another key reason for my rating is due to our shuttle driver, Russ. He is not only a pleasant and engaging person but he seems very socially keen as he was able to interact with several different people just like he had things in common with all of them. Haha I wonder if I want my car to have an issue just so I can drop it off and shoot the breeze with Russ as he takes me to and from work.In all seriousness aside from perhaps high prices, which at least to me didn’t seem out of the ordinary for a dealership, I feel their service and professionalism has been very good. I know others based on the reviews have not had that experience and certainly not undermining them. I’m just happy that at least for me my experience with this dealership has been a pleasant one.
