I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue at Carman Ford in September. It had some transmission issues within an hour after driving it off the lot. To say that Carman stood behind the vehicle does not even begin to describe their level of customer support. I don't think I've worked with any company that went out of their way to provide superior service the way Carman did. They went above and beyond, both from repairing the vehicle, to providing a loaner, and assisting me in any way they could. I'm a customer for life. My salesman was Vince Grimaldi. Outstanding.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Eylem was such a relaxed and fun individual. We spent a few hours at the dealership and actually enjoyed it. Everyone we encountered was not your stereotypical “salesperson”, they were actually trying to help us find the perfect vehicle and make it painless and comfortable. I don’t say anything of this lightly. It is rare. They are rare. I would send my family to this dealership to work specifically with Eylem. Frank (the manager) was also lovely and real, same for Bryan. I spent 6+ months looking for a specific vehicle and a dealership that was honest. We found all of that here. Could not be happier. They are part of our family now. I mean that sincerely.

Very easy and pleasant car buying experience. I just purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and they worked with me to ensure I got the exact car I wanted. Gary was a good guy to deal with. He was easy going, knowledgeable and without high pressure or aggressive salesmanship. I certainly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Lincoln. My only minor criticism is that the showroom is dated and needs a complete overhaul. High end vehicles deserve to be shown in a higher end environment. However, the excellent friendly and knowledgeable service I received does warrant a 5 star rating.

Took my truck to them 3 weeks ago it was bad I had the Cools Change ECM. Unit changed And the problem was still there. 2 to 2 Carmen. And they fixed the problem but when I picked it up there was a crack in the windshield they fixed it with no extra cost thank you
I have always had a positive experience with this dealership, and have purchased several vehicles. Not so with all the rest of the Ford dealerships! I am 71, so I am not a rookie at this.
Very helpful and attentive staff, personable and professional. Answered all our questions regarding the vehicle, options, financing etc. Would certainly recommend this dealership to all.
After being told by Fred Beans in Exton that "nothing was wrong with my car", Carman was able to not only see the code and immediately diagnose the issue, but they did so over the phone. I was provided a loaner vehicle the next day - which they drove over 30 minutes to meet me with - and now my car is running like it did when it was brand new. I am so thankful to Carman for having tech's that actually listen and know what they're doing. I will never take my car anywhere else for service.
Both Scott and John were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They took the time to explain the new technology that came with the vehicle and without hesitation told us to come back if we had questions. Absolutely love my vehicle!
Fords Mobile service is a time saver. They came to my home to service my car. The service was a recall that needed to be fixed. The mechanic was polite, prompt and knowledgeable of the service he was providing. He didn't mind me asking questions and he showed me what he was going to do. Thank you Ford for providing mobile service

We had been camping locally when I had a problem with my 2019 F250 diesel. The check engine light came on and I could not figure out the problem. So I called Carman and explained my situation about being 1 1/2 hours away from home and was worried about towing my camper with a check engine light on. The lady I talked to checked with the diesel tech to see if he could look at it. Sure enough he said yes and soon after he ran the diagnostic test he said all was good. Cleared the codes, brought my truck up and didn't charge me for their time. This was the second place I went to and now I wish I had just gone there first. Thank you so much Carman Ford for excellent service.
I went to Carman Ford to purchase a new Ford Ranger. The salesperson was great. I picked up my Ford Ranger and drove it home. Everyone loved the new design. The gas mileage is great. I would recommend everyone to purchase a Ford Ranger.

Upon hearing a noise while braking after the brakes were fixed, they expedited for me an earlier appointment and diagnosed my car without charge. That perhaps just might be what they’re supposed to do, but I felt that they were thorough and showed genuine care and concern.Another key reason for my rating is due to our shuttle driver, Russ. He is not only a pleasant and engaging person but he seems very socially keen as he was able to interact with several different people just like he had things in common with all of them. Haha I wonder if I want my car to have an issue just so I can drop it off and shoot the breeze with Russ as he takes me to and from work.In all seriousness aside from perhaps high prices, which at least to me didn’t seem out of the ordinary for a dealership, I feel their service and professionalism has been very good. I know others based on the reviews have not had that experience and certainly not undermining them. I’m just happy that at least for me my experience with this dealership has been a pleasant one.

1.Eylem & Frank were honest, patient, & knowledgeable. 2. I was allowed to drive the car to my house to make sure it fit into my garage. 3. This was the only dealership who allowed me to order a vehicle. 4. The employees in the dealership worked aa team. It was obvious that they had good leadership. The receptionist and the man who drives the vehicles were friendly, encouraging and helpful with information regarding the purchase I made. 5. I’ve visited Cadillac, Volvo, BMW, Genesis, infinity and Lexus dealers. None of these dealerships demonstrated the core values that I expect. The only dealership I would recommend to my friends is the Carman Ford Lincoln dealership onRoute13 in Delaware. OUTSTANDING
