I bought 3 cars from Carman Lincoln Ford over the past 7 months. My buying experience was excellent, no pressure, very informative, professional and courteous. My salesman was Gary Santora but I also met Larry Giacchino who personally inquired about my buying experience at his dealership. I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional.
