I recently took my Ford Explorer to Carman Ford for routine service and would like to share that I was very pleased again with my experience. I was greeted by Joe whom I felt took time to listen to my concerns. I actually received a phone call to let me know what was going to be needed along with a suggestion that I declined and felt absolutely no pressure about it. During that call Joe was able to give me a price of service and there were no surprise add on charges. When I picked up my car Joe inform me that there are 2 recalls on my car and explained what they are and assured me my car is safe to drive. While we are all experiencing shortages in businesses right now I was grateful to Joe for looking into this knowing that when the parts are available to Ford I will be called to schedule an appointment. I hope this review has helped you in your decision to choose Carman Ford.

I had to have my transmission rebuilt oh my MKC and even with the supply chain issues they were still able to get it to me in a very reasonable amount of time. Joe Jaquino is fabulous. He always kept in constant contact with me and making sure I was a satisfied customer
