I've had a very bad experience at a previous for dealership on the west coast so I'm hesitant to go to a dealer any more. But Carman Ford renewed my faith in Ford. Or I should say Joey G in the service department. He's kind, professional, organized, and knows his stuff. The first time I brought my car in they tried to fix it and later found out it wasent completely fixed. But now that they have it back they took care of it and made things right with me. I dont think enough people get credit for that. Its so easy for dealers to take advantage of you like this, but NOT CARMAN. they took care of me and I'm a happy customer.
