My experience with Carman Ford New Castle,DE was an awesome one. Mike was beyond exceptional. He made the process so smooth and painless. This is our second time buying a car from them and from Mike. Hopefully it will be a while before we have to buy another but if the time comes, I hope Mike is there to help us with that as well. Highly recommend both the location and salesman.
