I refused to shop at any other dealer because I wanted to remain working with Greg since he was so welcoming and friendly about everything and since I’m only 22 and very new to this it was nice to have someone who didn’t just want to make a sale but also cares about who he sells to as well! If there is any award or promotion Greg can get he deserves it!

This dealership “Lincoln” was very pleasant, welcoming and respectful. Car dealers and dealerships have earned the negative stigma that is associated with them but this dealership never once made me feel like I was not getting a good deal, or that my requirements were not a top priority. They gave great service and overall I am very happy with my purchase. Greg (sales) was detailed, thorough and patient. The finance manager was nice but became less patient as I asked a million questions to understand the “extras” they always try to “up” sell you. He stayed true to the overall experience and answered EVERY question. I would return again!

I have been purchased 8 vehicles from Carman Ford Lincoln since 2012 through Greg Grimaldi. The process has been very professional and the staff was always very concerned about my needs. My wife and I decided to test drive a Lincoln on Saturday and our experience at the dealership was professional and inviting from the moment we arrived. Our salesperson was Greg and he was friendly and completely responsive to what we asked for. We also worked with Joe, the sales manager, who was both professional and welcoming at the dealership. They allowed us to take the car home over the weekend and when we returned on Monday, we had the deal wrapped up quickly. Brian walked us through the end of the process and was a pleasure to deal with as well. All in all, we would highly recommend visiting Carman Lincoln in New Castle for top of the line vehicles but beyond that, outstanding sales and service and we look forward to being Carman Lincoln customers for the foreseeable future.
