Fords Mobile service is a time saver. They came to my home to service my car. The service was a recall that needed to be fixed. The mechanic was polite, prompt and knowledgeable of the service he was providing. He didn't mind me asking questions and he showed me what he was going to do. We had been camping locally when I had a problem with my 2019 F250 diesel. The check engine light came on and I could not figure out the problem. So I called Carman and explained my situation about being 1 1/2 hours away from home and was worried about towing my camper with a check engine light on. The lady I talked to checked with the diesel tech to see if he could look at it. Sure enough he said yes and soon after he ran the diagnostic test he said all was good. Cleared the codes, brought my truck up and didn't charge me for their time. This was the second place I went to and now I wish I had just gone there first. Thank you so much Carman Ford for excellent service.

Dan spent well over an hour or so going over the Corsair. Didn't know how to connect my iPhone so Dan had someone help me with password to complete activation. After having the Corsair for over a week, talked again with Dan again and he sent me text pictures on how to use the additional screen buttons. Truly the best vehicle delivery of my driving experience. Total experience is first class.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Carman Ford so far and they have always made my experience worthwhile, even with my crappy credit score! I had the privilege of working with Scott P and he is THEE absolute best! His level of professionalism and knowledge of car sales made it very easy to work with him. I came in to do a trade in without a dime to put down initially but Scott, Bob and the rest of the team were very patient and diligent in assisting me with my new purchase! I’ve purchased several cars over the years and some dealers unfortunately will try to get over when they see a young female BY HERSELF trying to purchase a car but one thing I can say about the guys at Carman Ford is that they are integral and will ensure that you get what you want. My grandparents moved to DE from VA in the mid 1960’s and Carman Ford is THE ONLY dealership they’ve purchased their cars from. They weren’t even called Carman Ford at that time if I’m not mistaken. My grandfather passed away 5 yrs ago and my grandmother at 84 y/o just traded in her Jeep a month ago so that should speak volume about this dealership. Someone had told her to make sure she works with Scott but she ended up with another salesman nonetheless, she had a great experience! I would HIGHLY recommend Carman Ford to anyone who is looking to purchase another vehicle. They have a great selection of cars and SUV’s as well. P.S. if you’re a sucker for corny jokes, SCOTT PONSELL has the BEST ONES lol! He made my process nice and relaxing so whoever reads this, ask for Scott!! Thanks Carman!!!!

The salesman Scott was great. Very friendly and kind. I drove down from NY because they had a few vehicles I liked that no one had where I live. The transaction was quick and the prices were better than what I saw in NY. The other gentleman who helped I forget his name, but I believe he was a manager was also extremely helpful and right to the point. No BS. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or like I had to haggle and ask for better options they offered the best they could right off the bat. Highly recommend.

I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I ordered a Mach - E and it took 8 months to arrive. There wasn’t a lot of communication along the way but I expected that. The car is great and better than expected. My wife loves it and I can’t wait to inherit it when she gets another one in a few years. This is definitely not your father’s FORD. People give me crap for buying Fords but our cars looks better and have less issues than their vehicles. Cars ebb and flow but people get caught up in a name and not the reality that Ford is a better value vehicle now. Carman Ford has been great to me and my family for 10 years. Update- I wrote this comment 3 years ago and just returned to Carman Ford and leased another Mach E . The dealership has helped me to purchase and lease 5 vehicles now for my family and provides excellent service each time. The Mach E is a quality product and well designed for our needs.

Back in April I was in the market for a new 2025 F-150. I scoured the internet and found a few trucks that I would have been interested in. So off I go truck shopping. Every dealership I visited, the truck I went looking for was already sold. And then they tried putting me into something that I didn't want. Then I went to Carman Ford. They also didn't have what I wanted, but Todd and John said, 'Why don't you order exactly what you want?' 'We will guarantee the price no matter what happens with the tariffs and the other crap going on. So I put together what I wanted and they ordered it! When my new truck came in, they called me and I went and picked it up! Todd went on vacation and handed me over to Dan, also a good guy. All with a smile and a handshake! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln go see it my friends at Carman Ford/Lincoln! Service dept is top notch too!

Love the environment of this dealership. They don’t force you to car you don’t want. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Robert. H Is the coach. He sets up the whole situation. Where you want to be if you’re financing. Todd was the quarter back. He set everything up for me. Kevin Da Rocha was the wide receiver who took my experience all the way to the touchdown by making sure my car was detailed, gassed, it was ready to go. I recently made my first vehicle purchase from this dealer and was very pleased with the whole process. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They followed up with me to answer all my questions in a timely manner and didn't play any of the typical "shady car dealership games". When I asked them for a full price quote and trade in value, both were fair and competitive with extremely reasonable processing fees; no haggling or games, they offered a good number up front and we were able to move on. They offer the usual "dealer add ons" and certainly make a good faith effort to sell them, but at no point were they ever pushy about it. Financing through Ford was a breeze.

1st class Dealer. A+++ Asked Nick to keep an eye out for a '24 Edge. Called me 2 weeks later with a beautiful sel. Came in with a Very acceptable price, but I have to haggle. Agreed with no pressure. Filled the tank without asking. I have bought 4 cars from Ford dealers and almost another last month. The others were a nightmare with refusing to give a spare key or changing the price on me. Carman was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And they also have a Dallas fan salesman there you can pick on.

Just purchased my first car from Carmen Ford Lincoln in Delaware. My salesman Dan Shine was outstanding, no pressure sales, very product knowledgeable and went out of his way to find the exact SUV I was looking to purchase which was in No. Jersey. The sales manager -Dan and the business managers Bob and Frank were also excellent and all made for an excellent experience.

Scott Ponsell (Sales Consultant) made my car buying experience smooth sailing. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant during the whole process. This is the third vehicle I have purchase at Carman Ford Lincoln and anther smooth and seamless purchase. Our salesman Vince was great and made this sometimes long and tedious process much better than expected. Looking on purchasing another Lincoln for my wife now. Do your research but Carman is worth a look --- good people and good prices.

From start to finish our experience with Carman and entire staff was excellent. John and Frank were exceptional and such a joy working with. John took his time going over the bells and whistles of the car and walking through each step, even setting up a few helpful features. The dealership is very professional and cuts to the chase in pursuing to get a deal done. I feel they are honest in their communication about the vehicles and do their best to present a quality vehicle. I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past 3 years.
