I like this dealership, I have dealt with them over the years and came back one more time to trade in my truck to get a smaller car. The first Ford I bought was in 2004 and have had Ford cars ever since.

I can not gate keep! Carman Ford is the best! My family just recently left with our 4th lease and have always worked with Vince! There are not enough words to describe the appreciation we have for Vince and the Carman staff. Vince hands down has made every car purchase feel like we are apart of his family. Straight forward and has always gone above and beyond to make sure we get the vehicle we want! I can go on and on but from the time we get out of the vehicle until the time we leave in a new vehicle it’s just the best vibes! Back in April I was in the market for a new 2025 F-150. I scoured the internet and found a few trucks that I would have been interested in. So off I go truck shopping. Every dealership I visited, the truck I went looking for was already sold. And then they tried putting me into something that I didn't want. Then I went to Carman Ford. They also didn't have what I wanted, but Todd and John said, 'Why don't you order exactly what you want?' 'We will guarantee the price no matter what happens with the tariffs and the other crap going on. So I put together what I wanted and they ordered it! When my new truck came in, they called me and I went and picked it up! Todd went on vacation and handed me over to Dan, also a good guy. All with a smile and a handshake! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln go see it my friends at Carman Ford/Lincoln! Service dept is top notch too!

Joe was very professional, courteous, and most importantly prompt and responsive to my needs. The technician did a great job troubleshooting where I left off with the vehicle and getting it ready for another road trip. You see I started replacing the coil packs one at a time as they failed even though it's customary to replace them all once one goes bad. However I believe that if it isn't broke we shouldn't fix it. So that left the technician with figuring out where I left off and where to begin I needed a great job got the car back to me the next day for a long road trip. I did not have the time to do it myself and I'm sure he did a better job than me. Way to go Carman!

The salesman Scott was great. Very friendly and kind. I drove down from NY because they had a few vehicles I liked that no one had where I live. The transaction was quick and the prices were better than what I saw in NY. The other gentleman who helped I forget his name, but I believe he was a manager was also extremely helpful and right to the point. No BS. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or like I had to haggle and ask for better options they offered the best they could right off the bat. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a truck, a 2020 F-150 STX, and I had an incredible experience with Kevin. He was extremely kind, understanding, and worked hard to make sure everything fit perfectly within my price range. What stood out most was the contrast between Carman Ford and the competition. I visited at least six other dealerships in the area, and the difference was night and day. I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I’ve also had my previous Ford serviced at Carman for 7 years now and know I can also trust their service when it comes to my vehicle maintenance.

This is our third Lincoln. Over fifty years of marriage we purchased many cars. This dealership and the salesman Eylem Gokdemir were the best we ever had. They didn't have on their lot everything I wanted in the Corsair. Eylem asked me everything I wanted, he said he will look for one, it didn't take him long!!!!!!!! It felt like we were family!!!!!

I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I ordered a Mach - E and it took 8 months to arrive. There wasn’t a lot of communication along the way but I expected that. The car is great and better than expected. My wife loves it and I can’t wait to inherit it when she gets another one in a few years. This is definitely not your father’s FORD. People give me crap for buying Fords but our cars looks better and have less issues than their vehicles. Cars ebb and flow but people get caught up in a name and not the reality that Ford is a better value vehicle now. Carman Ford has been great to me and my family for 10 years. Update- I wrote this comment 3 years ago and just returned to Carman Ford and leased another Mach E . The dealership has helped me to purchase and lease 5 vehicles now for my family and provides excellent service each time. The Mach E is a quality product and well designed for our needs.

Back in April I was in the market for a new 2025 F-150. I scoured the internet and found a few trucks that I would have been interested in. So off I go truck shopping. Every dealership I visited, the truck I went looking for was already sold. And then they tried putting me into something that I didn't want. Then I went to Carman Ford. They also didn't have what I wanted, but Todd and John said, 'Why don't you order exactly what you want?' 'We will guarantee the price no matter what happens with the tariffs and the other crap going on. So I put together what I wanted and they ordered it! When my new truck came in, they called me and I went and picked it up! Todd went on vacation and handed me over to Dan, also a good guy. All with a smile and a handshake! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln go see it my friends at Carman Ford/Lincoln! Service dept is top notch too!

Where you want to be if you’re financing. Todd was the quarter back. He set everything up for me. Kevin Da Rocha was the wide receiver who took my experience all the way to the touchdown by making sure my car was detailed, gassed, it was ready to go. I recently made my first vehicle purchase from this dealer and was very pleased with the whole process. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They followed up with me to answer all my questions in a timely manner and didn't play any of the typical "shady car dealership games". When I asked them for a full price quote and trade in value, both were fair and competitive with extremely reasonable processing fees; no haggling or games, they offered a good number up front and we were able to move on. They offer the usual "dealer add ons" and certainly make a good faith effort to sell them, but at no point were they ever pushy about it. Financing through Ford was a breeze.

1st class Dealer. A+++ Asked Nick to keep an eye out for a '24 Edge. Called me 2 weeks later with a beautiful sel. Came in with a Very acceptable price, but I have to haggle. Agreed with no pressure. Filled the tank without asking. I have bought 4 cars from Ford dealers and almost another last month. The others were a nightmare with refusing to give a spare key or changing the price on me. Carman was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And they also have a Dallas fan salesman there you can pick on.

But back to John. The entire process from meeting John to driving away took less than 2 hours. And he gave me $6,500 in incentives and rebates. He is professional and kind. He is patient and humorous. I will continue to return to Carman Ford and John Brooking for all future car purchases.

Where do I even begin.....Words cannot even describe how incredibly amazing my experience was with this dealership and every single person I came in contact with while processing my deal. Which let me just say it was almost nearly impossible to pull this deal off as I had a trade in I was upside down on by at least 10000, a credit score if 620 and I had 0 to put down and I still walked out of their with a new car....a lower interest rate than I walked in with, and the highest offer possible for my trade in. Frank worked tirelessly to make this happen. John led me in all the directions I needed. Greg.....was like the big brother I needed to show me alllll the cool xxxx thus far had to offer. I xxxx near think this car knows my childhood it knows so much. Anyway, inredibleeeee experience and I will come back here every time I need any business done with a vehicle. Oh and if your real lucky guy will get to meet three brothers and their father that all work there which gives it such at at home feeling....even tho their one brother may just be adopted but shhhh. The employees all also dress like Mathew mcconaughy picked out all their outfits. Overall just very impressed. Outstanding performance.

My experience in a word was like chatting with old friends. John and Frank were so easy going...NOT PUSHY overbearing typical salesmen. They were polite funny and worked out a deal with me quickly.
