The salesman Scott was great. Very friendly and kind. I drove down from NY because they had a few vehicles I liked that no one had where I live. The transaction was quick and the prices were better than what I saw in NY. The other gentleman who helped I forget his name, but I believe he was a manager was also extremely helpful and right to the point. No BS. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or like I had to haggle and ask for better options they offered the best they could right off the bat. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a truck, a 2020 F-150 STX, and I had an incredible experience with Kevin. He was extremely kind, understanding, and worked hard to make sure everything fit perfectly within my price range. What stood out most was the contrast between Carman Ford and the competition. I visited at least six other dealerships in the area, and the difference was night and day. At the other shops, it felt like they were just trying to "sell" me, but Kevin actually cared about helping me find the right fit. The quality of care here is unmatched. Even days after the sale was finalized, Kevin is still making regular inquiries to make sure I’m loving the truck and that everything is running perfectly. I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I’ve also had my previous Ford serviced at Carman for 7 years now and know I can also trust their service when it comes to my vehicle maintenance.

Very easy and pleasant car buying experience. I just purchased a 2021 Lincoln Nautilus and they worked with me to ensure I got the exact car I wanted. Gary was a good guy to deal with. He was easy going, knowledgeable and without high pressure or aggressive salesmanship. I certainly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Lincoln. My only minor criticism is that the showroom is dated and needs a complete overhaul. High end vehicles deserve to be shown in a higher end environment. However, the excellent friendly and knowledgeable service I received does warrant a 5 star rating. The jury is still out on the Parts Department though. When I went to pick up my new cargo mat the initial greeting was very unfriendly. The guy seemed annoyed I interrupted his relaxation time leaning on the counter. Then he seemed annoyed that he actually had to get up and do something. So instead of helping me, he turned the job over to a more friendly and competent co-worker who appeared to be the only one actually working I hope the service department is better than the parts department because I wasn't impressed.

My wife and I decided to test drive a Lincoln on Saturday and our experience at the dealership was professional and inviting from the moment we arrived. Our salesperson was Greg and he was friendly and completely responsive to what we asked for. We also worked with Joe, the sales manager, who was both professional and welcoming at the dealership. They allowed us to take the car home over the weekend and when we returned on Monday, we had the deal wrapped up quickly. Brian walked us through the end of the process and was a pleasure to deal with as well. All in all, we would highly recommend visiting Carman Lincoln in New Castle for top of the line vehicles but beyond that, outstanding sales and service and we look forward to being Carman Lincoln customers for the foreseeable future.

This is our third Lincoln. Over fifty years of marriage we purchased many cars. This dealership and the salesman Eylem Gokdemir were the best we ever had.
