The salesman Scott was great. Very friendly and kind. I drove down from NY because they had a few vehicles I liked that no one had where I live. The transaction was quick and the prices were better than what I saw in NY. The other gentleman who helped I forget his name, but I believe he was a manager was also extremely helpful and right to the point. No BS. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or like I had to haggle and ask for better options they offered the best they could right off the bat. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a truck, a 2020 F-150 STX, and I had an incredible experience with Kevin. At the other shops, it felt like they were just trying to "sell" me, but Kevin actually cared about helping me find the right fit. The quality of care here is unmatched. Even days after the sale was finalized, Kevin is still making regular inquiries to make sure I’m loving the truck and that everything is running perfectly. I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I’ve also had my previous Ford serviced at Carman for 7 years now and know I can also trust their service when it comes to my vehicle maintenance.

I ordered and purchased a vehicle from Carman Ford and had a great experience. I found the entire processed relaxed, there was no pressure to buy, add dealer add-ons, etc. I thoroughly researched what I wanted before going in. My first time I simply did a test drive, and the sales team was there to answer my questions and explain features, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I went home and slept on it for a week before returning to order my vehicle. My salesman Vincent and sales manager Todd were respectful, professional, and made me feel welcome and comfortable during the entire process. Everything on the pricing was transparent and no pushing to get dealer add-ons. Great experience overall. I ordered a Mach - E and it took 8 months to arrive. There wasn’t a lot of communication along the way but I expected that. The car is great and better than expected. My wife loves it and I can’t wait to inherit it when she gets another one in a few years. This is definitely not your father’s FORD. People give me crap for buying Fords but our cars looks better and have less issues than their vehicles. Cars ebb and flow but people get caught up in a name and not the reality that Ford is a better value vehicle now. Carman Ford has been great to me and my family for 10 years. Update- I wrote this comment 3 years ago and just returned to Carman Ford and leased another Mach E . The dealership has helped me to purchase and lease 5 vehicles now for my family and provides excellent service each time. The Mach E is a quality product and well designed for our needs.

Back in April I was in the market for a new 2025 F-150. I scoured the internet and found a few trucks that I would have been interested in. So off I go truck shopping. Every dealership I visited, the truck I went looking for was already sold. And then they tried putting me into something that I didn't want. Then I went to Carman Ford. They also didn't have what I wanted, but Todd and John said, 'Why don't you order exactly what you want?' 'We will guarantee the price no matter what happens with the tariffs and the other crap going on. So I put together what I wanted and they ordered it! When my new truck came in, they called me and I went and picked it up! Todd went on vacation and handed me over to Dan, also a good guy. All with a smile and a handshake! I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a Ford/Lincoln go see it my friends at Carman Ford/Lincoln! Service dept is top notch too!

Love the environment of this dealership. They don’t force you to car you don’t want. They go out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Robert. H Is the coach. He sets up the whole situation. Where you want to be if you’re financing. Todd was the quarter back. He set everything up for me. Kevin Da Rocha was the wide receiver who took my experience all the way to the touchdown by making sure my car was detailed, gassed, it was ready to go. I recently made my first vehicle purchase from this dealer and was very pleased with the whole process. This is exactly what buying a car should be like. The sales person was friendly, knowledgeable, and low pressure. They followed up with me to answer all my questions in a timely manner and didn't play any of the typical "shady car dealership games". When I asked them for a full price quote and trade in value, both were fair and competitive with extremely reasonable processing fees; no haggling or games, they offered a good number up front and we were able to move on. They offer the usual "dealer add ons" and certainly make a good faith effort to sell them, but at no point were they ever pushy about it. Financing through Ford was a breeze.

1st class Dealer. A+++ Asked Nick to keep an eye out for a '24 Edge. Called me 2 weeks later with a beautiful sel. Came in with a Very acceptable price, but I have to haggle. Agreed with no pressure. Filled the tank without asking. I have bought 4 cars from Ford dealers and almost another last month. The others were a nightmare with refusing to give a spare key or changing the price on me. Carman was an absolute pleasure to deal with. And they also have a Dallas fan salesman there you can pick on.

Greg was so nice and attentive to every need and want I had in a car! Even when plans changed last minute and I went with a different car he was flexible and so helpful. I refused to shop at any other dealer because I wanted to remain working with Greg since he was so welcoming and friendly about everything and since I’m only 22 and very new to this it was nice to have someone who didn’t just want to make a sale but also cares about who he sells to as well! Thorough professionalism from the salesperson John MacDonald, who have been in contact with me since June 2022 when the vehicle was ordered and provided updates regarding the delay due to economic and environment issues due to the pandemic. John provided an overview of the vehicle from cradle to grave. Brian Giacchino, the finance manager, provided detailed and accurate financial data and offered incentives to enhance the sustainment and beautification of my new vehicle. The pleasant administrative assistant provided photocopies and other gratuities. The entire staff ensured that the vehicle was delivered immaculately and with a courteous demeanor from my entrance to departure. I bought 3 cars from Carman Lincoln Ford over the past 7 months. My buying experience was excellent, no pressure, very informative, professional and courteous. My salesman was Gary Santora but I also met Larry Giacchino who personally inquired about my buying experience at his dealership. I've had to bring 2 of the vehicles in for recalls and Pre-Owned Warranty work recently and my point of contact in their Service Dept was Joe Giacchino. This young man was outstanding! He kept me in the loop on the status of my repairs and more importantly because of the supply chain issues, he kept me informed of the status of delivery of parts that were required to finalize repairs. He arranged for my free rental (under Warranty) and his demeanor towards me as a customer was caring, empathetic and extremely professional. Great all around experience at Carman Ford Lincoln from Sales to Service. This dealership is worth referring!!! Thank you.

We recently purchase a pick up truck. We just moved out to the country and are adopting horses so it was a must have. Dan and the entire staff of Carman Ford made the buying process so simple and they made sure the truck was in great shape before selling it. They are very detailed in what they do and always strive to provide the best customer service and take great care of their customers. Incredibly pleasant car buying experience. Overall the dealership’s atmosphere was welcoming and did not feel shady or high-pressure. Everyone was very easy to work with, especially the dealer I worked with, Scott. Scott was incredibly knowledgeable and did a stellar job making the entire experience run as smooth as possible (and also had some pretty great corny jokes).
